Kilayin (Pampanga)

Kilayin is a Kapampangan (from the Pampanga region in the Philippines) dish an aunt used to cook for us whenever she visited us back home. I met another Kapampangan in Canada and got this recipe from here. And I finally had a taste of this yummy dish. It is quite simple but the preparation of the pork lung needs and extra hour (boiling, chopping and frying).
